Hey Guys! few days back, I got home really tired and hungry. The worst part was the unavailability of cooked food in the fridge/freezer (absolute worst) so i needed to whip up something really fast as the hunger had gone up to a 100! LOL
I searched through the kitchen and realised i had enough ingredients to prepare 'Stir-Fry Spaghetti' so I went for it! I took pictures along the way to share with NFD readers.
Shout -out to food bloggers/Chefs I didn't realise taking pictures while cooking could be so tasking! Ya'all are the real MVP's!
Ingredients used include: Spring Onions, Carrots, Green Pepper, Sausage, Red Pepper, Honeywell Spaghetti, Butter, Cheese, Knorr cubes, Curry, Thyme, Oregano, Cayenne Pepper, Salt

Step 1
Chop vegetables
Step 2
Boiled carrots for about 7 minutes because didn't want it crunchy
Dice sausages
Step 4
Par Boil Spagetti ( for some weird reason, Honeywell Spagetti comes out in this colour)
Step 5
Add vegetable oil in the pan using medium heat, throw in the carrots when the oil gets hot
Step 6
Add spring onions
Step 7
Add red pepper and stir
Step 8
Add diced sausages and spices and stir
Step 9
Add spaghetti and stir thoroughly to ensure that the spaghetti mixes with the vegetables. Add butter for taste & fluidity
Step 10
After the spaghetti is properly cooked, grate cheese all over the surface, stir, leave on the fire for about a minute then voila! Stir fry spaghetti is ready!
