QUICK AND EASY SMOOTHIE RECEIPE BY FOODACE

Fire up your blenders, folks! Smoothies are a quick and convenient way to get a blast of nutrients, including protein, carbs and vitamins A, B, C and more. Whether you need an energizing breakfast on-the-go or a post-workout shake that makes your taste buds happy, this easy smoothie recipe by Foodace www.foodace.blogspot.com just so happens to require only a few ingredients.

Ingredients
2 handfuls spinach 
1 ripe kiwi
2 tablespoons peanuts 
1 Actimel or 2 tablespoons sweetened yoghurt
1/2 cup of water
Little squeeze of lemon juice
Toppings
Raspberries 
Peanuts 
Place all ingredients in a blender and whiz up until smooth. 
Grab your smoothie and Go!
